PACH Utah is a nonprofit organization working to connect capital with community priorities — advancing equitable development, affordable housing, economic opportunity and sustainable growth across Utah. The organization is in an early development and launch stage, and the work described here is planned rather than currently operating.

PREMIER AFFORDABLE COMMUNITY HOLDINGS OF UTAH CORP — publicly known as PACH Utah — is a nonprofit organization being established to catalyze community transformation in underserved and low-income areas of Utah. It seeks to act as a bridge between capital and community, so that investment meets impact and fuels opportunity where it is needed most. This website is a preliminary overview of the organization's mission and the program areas it intends to develop.

Our mission

PACH Utah's mission is to catalyze community transformation by mobilizing capital, advancing equitable development, and fostering inclusive economic growth in underserved and low-income areas of Utah.

These program areas are being developed around five mission pillars, with affordable housing as a major priority. They are not yet operating, and availability will depend on funding, partnerships and local implementation capacity.

PACH Utah intends to serve communities statewide across Utah, with an initial focus on underserved and low-income urban, suburban, and rural areas. Where and when specific activities begin will depend on funding, partnerships, legal and regulatory requirements, and local implementation capacity.
