About

Who we are

PREMIER AFFORDABLE COMMUNITY HOLDINGS OF UTAH CORP, known publicly as PACH Utah, is a nonprofit organization in an early development and launch stage.

Who we are

PACH Utah was formed to address the connected challenges facing low-income and underserved households across Utah: limited access to stable, affordable housing, uneven access to capital, and barriers to education, training and employment.

The organization's approach is intended to position PACH Utah as a bridge between capital and community — mobilizing resources, advancing equitable development, and pursuing inclusive economic growth so that investment meets impact where it is needed most.

Affordable housing is a priority program area. PACH Utah is dedicated to improving quality of life for low-income families by working toward greater access to safe, affordable and stable housing and by addressing housing insecurity.

The organization is currently establishing its foundation. Program design, funding and partnership work are underway, and this website will be expanded as those steps are completed.

Our mission

PACH Utah's mission is to catalyze community transformation by mobilizing capital, advancing equitable development, and fostering inclusive economic growth in underserved and low-income areas of Utah.

  • Expand access to capital for small businesses, affordable housing, and community infrastructure.
  • Support environmentally responsible and resilient development.
  • Empower entrepreneurs and residents through education, mentorship, workforce programs, and financial capability.
  • Build strategic partnerships with local governments, nonprofits, financial institutions, and investors.
  • Measure social, economic, and environmental outcomes with accountability and transparency.

Our vision

To create vibrant, inclusive, and self-sustaining communities where every individual has equitable access to opportunity, financial stability, and the resources needed to thrive — a future where investment, innovation, and collaboration drive generational wealth, sustainable growth, and shared prosperity across communities.

  • Equity

We intend to direct attention and resources toward underserved and low-income Utah communities so opportunity is shared more fairly.

  • Collaboration

We plan to work alongside residents, local governments, nonprofits, financial institutions and investors rather than apart from them.

  • Sustainability

We aim to support environmentally responsible, resilient development that serves communities over the long term.

  • Accountability & transparency

We describe our work honestly, including what is planned and what is not yet in place, and intend to measure and report outcomes.

  • Opportunity

We seek to build capability — housing stability, financial capability and employable skills — rather than dependency.

  • Community impact

We intend to measure success by the social, economic and environmental outcomes experienced by the communities we serve.

A statewide Utah focus, beginning where the need is greatest

PACH Utah intends to serve communities statewide across Utah, with an initial focus on underserved and low-income urban, suburban, and rural areas. Where and when specific activities begin will depend on funding, partnerships, legal and regulatory requirements, and local implementation capacity.

An invitation to early-stage partners

PACH Utah welcomes conversations with local governments, housing developers, nonprofits, financial institutions, employers, educational institutions, faith and community organizations, donors and investors interested in supporting affordable housing and equitable community development in Utah. No partnerships are currently in place; inquiries are genuinely at an exploratory stage.
