PACH Utah intends to develop five connected mission pillars, with affordable housing as a major program area. None of these programs are currently operating.
PACH Utah is in an early development and launch stage. The program areas described on this website are planned and are not yet operating. Availability will depend on funding, partnerships, regulatory requirements, and local implementation capacity.
Affordable Housing & Housing Stability
PACH Utah is dedicated to improving quality of life for low-income families by working toward greater access to safe, affordable and stable housing and by addressing housing insecurity. Planned activities may include identifying Utah communities with affordable-housing shortages; acquiring land or underutilized properties; developing, building and managing residential housing; applying income-based affordability with an emphasis on households below 60% of area median income where applicable; and engaging third-party licensed property management. This work is in the planning stage; no housing units are currently owned, operated or under development.
